As important as it is to carry out a quality selection process and choose the best candidate, it is just as important to know how to protect the company's values when he leaves. Therefore, at the time of more frequent changes in jobs and employers (The Great Resignation, also known as The Big Quit), especially in the fast-growing IT industry, a security exit strategy plays an increasingly important role.
In order to collect relevant information during the exit interview, it is necessary to apply a certain structure, principles, and tactical approaches of investigative interviewing and adapt them to the communication context of the exit interview. Equally important is an adaptation to the specifics of the workplace and business processes performed by the departing employee.
In the e-learning module, you will find tips on how to properly implement the exit interview as a business function in your company, how to get useful business, organizational, and security information from employees who are leaving the company, but also how to reduce employee turnover.
